You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AchieversPA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) using any automated system, including 'robots' and 'spiders', to access the Service; (iii) attempting to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AchieversPA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
