Cancellation
You may cancel your AchieversPA subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will not renew, but no money will be returned for the remaining time.
Free Trial
If you sign up for a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. Once the trial ends and the payment is processed, the charge is non-refundable.
Digital Nature of Goods
As AchieversPA provides immediate access to digital tools and software services, our products are deemed 'used' immediately upon purchase or subscription activation. This nature of digital goods prevents us from offering a return or refund option.
Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team immediately. While we do not offer refunds for voluntary subscriptions, we will investigate and rectify proven technical billing errors.
